Hi,
Not sure about region change of the CPS but you certainly can flash some of the radios to other regions although try read/writing a 45w mobile that you have flashed to EMEA max power on a EMEA radio is 25w

Hi John, First of all many thanks for the reply on this I was more looking at the region in the CPS rather than the radio although I do have some good news on the TRBO brick Managed to read the devil with tuner CPS results M27QPH9LA1AN so defo a U.S. radio so AA CPS required So still on the hunt ......
