The PCTEL K332 is a ground plane intended for mounting antennas to fiberglass vehicles and are usable from 406-1000 MHz. this is a link to the K332: https://www.talleycom.com/viewProduct?rlProdNum=MXRK332 This should provide a professional installation on the boat with a thick mount cable assembly.....

Re: 2019 Ford Fusion - Auto Shutdown Feature
I have one of the eliminators posted above on a 2018 Ford Raptor and it works as advertised. You turn the auto stop feature off and it stays off. Every time you start the engine the module turns the feature off.

Re: 2019 Ford Fusion - Auto Shutdown Feature
You can eliminate the auto shut off with something like this:
https://www.autostopeliminator.com/coll ... eliminator
This may keep the APX powered up all the time but you lose the gas saving.

I like the PacTel antenna works great on all three bands. If you do not like the larger diameter base take a look at the Comtelco A55136TB ,TBS antenna it has a narrower base with a loading coil and works well on all three bands as well. Re: PCB to 2 CDM750's on different freqs
This is another possibility. Since you have to reprogram all of the field radios and the CDM750 have multi-channel and scan capability, you can program the new frequency in channel 1 and the old frequency in channel 2. Then you can set the radio up in talk-back scan mode, the radio will receive sign...

What software are you running ? Can you run two different copies of the software on the same computer with two radios on separate serial ports. As others have indicated you may run into problems with frequency separation issues.

I agree with Jim, you are better off with two separate radios with a controller if you want to do crossband repeat. The APX series dual band radios will not transmit and receive at the same time, they are not full duplex radios. The best you can do with existing firmware is maybe add an external cro...
