AC Inlet other than Auto-Eject...What do you use?
Hey Guys, I am going to install an AC Inlet plug on my personal vehicle so I don't have a male edison cord hanging out from the hood, or under the front bumper. It just powers a battery charger for now, however it may power a Block Heater in the future, but that may be long off. What do people use? ...

So for those of you with the freelinc, what "compatibility issues" do you have with the XTS Series Radios? For those of you with both, which do you find better? The Moto one does look sleeker, however the freelinc looks a bit more rugged. The main advantage I see though is the Moto one bei...

This may be a bit off topic, however is the display easily replaced on the XTS3000's? I was poking around and found a few that the seller claims only the display is broken (I hope not much else) and could pick them up at a significant discount.

All of the amplified chargers have an alert light, which illuminates when the pager decodes a valid tone set. So the contact pin already exists, as does some type of circuit that turns the light on. I can't say for sure but I would guess that all you need to do is hook a wire up to the right point ...

You can easily tap into power by popping off the 120v inverter/12v plug. Within this void you will find a 12v tap that is ignition switched. There is also a grommet underneath the drivers side kick panel that you can run associated cabling through. Check out this thread on the FEH...a quick search w...
