The newest version according to MOL is R01.12.00, so your version may be older than the radio was last programmed with.

What radios do you own?: Jedi's, MCS's, and Waris

I'm away from home so I can't verify it, but I think I'm running R01.13.00. Maybe someone else can verify that.

I thought CPS 1.13.00 (RVN4175P) was the newest too, but MOL is now showing an even newer release:

RVN4175T _ SOFTWARE R02.00.01 MCS2000 _ $263

Yes, from what I'm reading in the help files, it covers rebanding:

MTS:

NUMBER H01xxxxPWxxx.
ALL DOS RSS VERSION WILL NOT SUPPORT RADIO WITH MODEL NUMBER
H01XXXXPWXXX ONCE PROGRAMMED WITH CPS R01.13.00 OR SERVICED
AT MOTOROLA DEPOT AFTER JULY 10, 2005.

New Radio Features Supported:
--------------------------------
- Support for 800 MHz Rebanding

MCS:

WARNING:
--------

R01.13.00 OR LATER, OR SERVICED AT MOTOROLA DEPOT AFTER JULY 10, 2005.

New Radio Features Supported:
