Band limits for TK-709

Post by danbac »

Hi everybody , a question , please : Kenwood TK-709 can be re-programmed ( or modified ) for working also in 144.000 - 146.000 MHz ?
I use KPG-4/KPG-22 interface and KPG-20D software for programming and the limits of the program are : 146 - 173.000 MHz or 150 - 174.000 MHz. Can be modified under 146.000 Mhz , please ?
All the best,
Dan

As grem pointed out, you're likely to get non-Motorola questions answered much more effectively on that board, as it's considered off-topic here. Good luck with it.
