ht 1250 QCII paging
what do i need to do in order to set up my page freq like a pager so that i can open tone the radio....how about to close tone (no voice until call is recieved

If you try the "search" function, you should find a wealth of information, since this topic has been covered numerous times before.
Here's the short story:
1) You need to set up a QCII signalling system and enter your tones and format.
2) On the personality that you want to be your pager channel, you have to select that QCII system as the receive signalling system.
3) If you want the radio to remain muted until the correct set of tones are received, set the signaling squelch pull-down to "and"
