Which software for MTS2000

Post by hooknladder »

Which software is used to program the MTS2000/MT2000? My department has the software for the MCS2000. Is it the same?

What radios do you own?: HT1550's, X9000's, CDM1550's

depends on which version, 1.13 will do both mts and mcs. you need mtsx to do the mt2000. you can also use mtsx for the mts2000 if it hasn't already been worked on with cps. if your department has cps for the mcs2000 and you are still within your 3 years you can download the newest one.

That's only true if you order part number RVN4177 ($418.00) which is both.

If he just needs MTS2000 CPS, then he can order RVN4176 ($279.00). They are currently up to version R02.00.01.

MCS2000 is RVN4175 ($263.00).
