Hello all. Name hr is John Verser de N0TOP...
I have a 45 watt Speactra, I was told that I cant program my
call sign as a ID. Is there a other way ?

you can use a max of 4 digits and any combo 0-9 and A-E but you can't use EEEE and a few other combinations. what are you trying to use?

If it's an Astro Spectra with Soft ID enabled, you could put your call in there and it would show up on other peoples Astro radios that had Soft ID enabled. You would have to be in digital mode for this to work.
