CP200 cps error

CP200 cps error

When loading cps I get an error "unable to open controller". Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

What radios do you own?: HT1550's, X9000's, CDM1550's

need alot more information. computer type, operating system, is your cd original, when does it tell you that, and anything else.

Windows xp. Not original cd but works on other pc's. It loads the motorola screen with ver and then thats it. never get into software.

ok well i'd say that's your problem, and you might not want to tell anyone else that you don't have the original cd. call motorola and order the right cd.
