Min V Squelch Bar

Post by kc9lgz »

I see that there is a 1-5 bar in the programing.
I was told that 5 was the most sensitive and 1 is the tightest.
Is this info accurate?
I am in a area that is miles away from the Dispatch center and certain places in the house do not alert.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

yes 1 is tightest and 5 is the loosest squelch setting.
Do you have the programming manual? Email me if you need it.
Are you using standard or amplified charger?
