MCS2000 audio amp IC - need part number

Like the title says. I've got a stack of these with blown audio amps.

My book is a few years old but it says it is a TDA1519C Audio power amp. Motorola number is 5109699X01.

This is the surface mount version which is the same as a CDM series.

The older through hole version 5105457W10 subs to this number also.
