a apx7000 secure version is D01.00.29 , How to upgrade to R version? normal firmware package can't do it, any ideas?

The only way I know of is by using a certain software that is only released to Motorola repair depots that was never "officially" released to the end user/public.

No the factory wont touch it.. You would need to find someone with the elusive software.

"D" MACE is just that, development. These can NOT be upgraded to "R" no matter what magic software is out there. "D" MACE is pre-production encryption chip that is not like the normal "R" MACE.
