XTS colored housing ?

So a friend of mine that works for one of those fedearl places stopped by the house the other night and he had a colored XTS portable. I have never seen one. I have seen the APEX series in different colors. He said a couple of the guys have this case but he has not seen many either. I am assuming Motorola never offered colored cases for the XTS2500 series correct ?

XTS2500 OD Green.

That's news to me...I saw the new pink XTS5K that is making the rounds, but not a colored XTS2500.

I have never seen any other color on the 2500. I have seen the yellow 3000/5000 series. Kinda shocked me. If I can get my hands on it one day i'll pop it open to see if there is a number anywhere

Actually the 1st generation MT1500, that is the same form factor as the XTS2500, was produced in grey. We have some in the shop in model 1 and I think the original XTS1500 came that way as well.
Once the B versions, to include the model 1.5, came out they were produced in black.

Wasn't there a desert brown XTS2500 case floating around? Could be thinking of the SRX, but pretty sure I have seen an XTS2500 that color.

I've seen those grey MT/XTS's as well. Black was much better.
