Needing QCII help in an XTS5000 VHF

I'm having trouble programing my XTS5000 with QCII tones.
This is a VHF, model III portable with FPP.

The first 240 personalities are reserved for the FPP
Personality 241 to 255 is all I'm able create and I've been trying to program the radio to decode QCII on multiple personalities, and in different zones.

Any help is appreciated as I'm just not figuring this out at all

And my software is CPS 20.01.00

Firmware? I can't find the number ... FWIW, this radio was built and shipped within the last 6 months.
Sorry, This version of software is entirely new to me, I'm used to the old stuff.

Any help with programming this for QCII decode (aka Fire Tone Out) would be greatly appreciated.
