Disk save error using Central Site Controller Software

HI!
Can anyone help me with this? I need to create a backup(save a backup) of the active subscriber.
I keep oon getting disk save error after i typed CSAVE

Many thanks in advance for your help and inputs.

It's been FOREVER since I did a CSAVE on anything, but I believe you need to define the drive & directory path to where you want to save the file.
No trees were harmed in the posting of this message...however an extraordinarily large number of electrons were horribly inconvenienced.
