I keep getting Error 8862 when trying to update the firmware in my XPR 5550.

It has R02.00.03 and I am trying to go to R02.60.03. CPS 13.5 Build 679. I have also tried with the latest version of CPS [14.0]

Had similar issues with various radios -- Always required going back a to some intermediate point with both CPS & Firmware and stepping the radios up --
