Bluetooth mic pairing issue

Got a new mic and it will not pair beeps and radio says
"BLUETOOTH PAIRING FAILED"

anyone got any ideas ?

I know the BT works I read the CP with it

A little more detail would be nice, such as what APX model you are using, what make/model of mic you are trying, whether or not you had an existing accessory that paired correctly, etc.
No trees were harmed in the posting of this message...however an extraordinarily large number of electrons were horribly inconvenienced.
