R2200 Wideband Amp Board parts

On my 2200 that I acquired from someone it sort of works well but the output goes super spurious when you crank up the RF Vernier control.
Opened up the wideband amp and found some tom foolery going on in it.
Found U203, 204,205 had been replaced by some four-legged part and also a non-Motorola mod done to the board as well.
So, my question is this:
I need to find or sub some new parts with the same specs.
One part number is 51-80345A34 (SWA100)
The other part number is 51-80345A35 (no idea what its original part number was.)
