MSR2000 setup/knockdown

Post by Jason »

Does the MSR support remote knockdown via wireline?

Is this onboard the repeater control card, or is there an auxillary card that handles this?

thanks

This is normally done in the MSR with the TLN2446A Repeater Control Option Decoder Module.

The key word there is 'option'. In other words, the MSR didn't come with that card as standard equipment.

A sharp tech could also configure a wild card module to do repeater control.
