Do we actually know what the RSS/CPS numbers mean, or is there any logical numbering system in /\/\'s verions numbers?

R02.03.01 for example. Is the last digit (01) signify a bug fix, and the middle digits (03) signify a big bug fix/new feature, while the first set (R02) signify a major upgrade?

:D
