Does Motorola make a dual band (VHF/UHF) portable?

No.
700 and 800 MHz is available in the XTS5000.
The only commercial dual band portable was the Vertex FTH2070.

I should add that it is rumored that Vertex is developing and new dual band portable.
Features should include:
136-175 MHz
403-450 MHz or 450-490 MHz
5 watts
160 channels
All this in the VX-900 body.

I have an FTH-2070 (has the Yeasu sticker on it) NOS NIB with DTMF and NON DTMF front cases, clip, lanyard, all papers, antenna,
AND the coveted programmer and software/cables, etc.
