I have a 200Mhz HT1250 LS that I would like to program into the amateur 220 band. Per the serial number it should go there. The code plug is restricting it to 217-220. Can I alter the code plug?
Also on the subject of the 1250 series, my 2 meter and 440 versions will not keep correct time. I can set them and within a few hours they are several minutes slow. Any advise?
Thanks in advance.

HT1250
I checked the factory codes over on Batlabs and I can't find anything
relating to 200 mHz or 220 mHz for this radio.
