So that's a fine kettle of fish - I take it there is no way to get one of these licenses anymore??

As far as i know all the RSS licensing is done through MOL now. I got a notice from them about a licensing agreement on MOL, read through that, filled out a few things, and then submitted it. Now i can put in RSS part numbers and it allows me to see them and add them to the shopping cart.
