Any way to use an A5 Control Head?

Post by SpectraBob »

I have a Spectra 45-watt VHF trunk-mount radio, which originally came with a 9000-series control head. Is there any way I can convert it to use a standard A5 control head? Is the type of control head determined strictly by permanent radio drawer-unit programming, or are there any jumpers or board changes that can be made?

Thanks!

Try reading the information in the Spectra specific section of the main Batlabs site. It's all there

Can you please share a little more detail, as to where exactly on the website I might find that information?

Thanks!
