MOSTAR Programming 101 questions

I believe it's possible to put the UHF version of this radio into the lower range of the Amateur band, but hex is most definitely not my strong-suit. I have a K8LG MIB, have downloaded the spreadsheet from the (Batlabs) website, and it looks like I'm experiencing a collossal brainfart. Can't quite figure out what I need to do? Can someone help point me in the right direction? Thanks.
