Astro CPS - Drag and Drop

I have an Astro Saber II that I want to copy the codeplug to an Astro Saber III. The frequency split on both radios are the same. Looking at the CPS help, it shows that you can "drag and drop" one codeplug from one type of radio to another type of radio. It also states that both codeplugs have to be open in order for this feature to work. When I have the first codeplug (source) open and try to open the second codeplug, it tells me that the first codeplug will be closed. Does anyone know how I can acheive this task? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Open/run a second copy of CPS and open the second codeplug.
