The MICOM line of radios cover the 1.6 - 30 MHz range.

Micom units are, indeed, HF units.
However I remember some that were only 2-18 MHz... this was some time ago.

Hi = The MICOM-X Series was built in Israel by Mobat (as are the current MICOM-2 and -3 radios) As far as I know, parts are NLA except on places like eBay.
