I've searched through the forum. motorola's site and google for the latest firmware for the Minitor V but have not found it.
I have a pager that works fairly well except that the squelch is too 'tight'. In that I mean that there are lots of transmissions that I don't hear. I have the squelch set to 5.
The pager will trip / alert and I can hear the transmission while the voice is recording, sometimes with static background, but as soon as the recording stops, the pager goes silent.
The firmware on the pager is currently 2.7. I've got the programmer from radioetcetera and been able to change the squelch settings, but it doesn't seem to make any difference.
