Channel Announcement HELP!

Hi Group; I hope someone can help me with my issue. I have read all the docs. on the board and have followed all of the steps and have saved the files to the CPS Voice file and to my docs. and when I try to add the files they are not listed in both folder. Does anyone have additional info on this? Thanks, Bill

If you go to the folders with Explorer can you click on the files and play them?

I did look at every doc on this site and tried everything. After 2 day of palying I figured it out. I hope to post a doc on what needs to be done and in what order it needs to be done. Thanks, Bill
