minitor 5 programing with windows 10
I have never had any issues programing minitor 5 pagers until I upgraded to windows 10. Now I get the device not working or what ever its called in device manager where my usb to serial adapter is. Any ideas on how to fix this, its always worked before.

I have gotten a brand new charger and brand new battery and when you put the pager in the charger the red light flashes, you can put the battery in the charger by itself and the same thing happens. When you turn the pager on and put it in the charger the light stays red, its just not acting the way ...

I have a minitor 5 charger problem, I have changed batteries, and chargers, when I place the pager or a battery in the charger the light will flash red then turn green, I know they dont charge that quik. As said I have tried different batteries and chargers, what is causing this?

I still have this problem but the chargers dont flash orange they are staying orange and sometimes if you take the radio out and put it back in they will charge, and this happens even if the radios are cool to the touch. Thanks for any help.

We dont have a station alerting system its an all volunteer dept and we just want to be able to adjust the volume and listen to the radio audio from the radio room radio in an upstairs office and the radio is mounted downstairs.

Has anyone done this and converted a vhf pager to a uhf? I ahve been told by radio tech's that you can change the band split with this program from vhf to uhf but the board in the pager will have to be changed for it to work. Someone please let me know if this is correct please.
