Multi band Programmer Issue

Anyone know how to solve the radio detection issue within the programmer in Windows 7 Pro?

Some notes:
Thales Liberty 6.3+ Programmer & radio. Plus driver.
Was working previously to an operating system update, which required a complete clean of the hard drive.

Has anyone found or know where to buy a Thales Liberty GPS speaker mic, or a third party P25 GPS mic? Radio already has feature enabled, and Thales will not be manufacturing new GPS speaker mics.
