Update: When I disable the key recognition the effect is gone. So it seems the algorhithm fur detecting the correct key is buggy?! Never had this with Systems Sabers or XTS5000, but I must admit, the Sabers are quite old As I can live with the noise from wrong keys the problem is solved now.

This wouldn't load keys into legacy equipment using Motorola's ASN protocol such as Sabers, MTS 2000 etc though, because that protocol is Motorola proprietary, and I suspect the chances of them granting me a license to the protocol under conditions I'd be comfortable with (if at all) would be exact...
