Did you get anywhere with ALE? I have an almost mint MICOM2 (no ale) and I would like to get it going.

I have a MVA for the MT1000/HT600 and I need to wire up a speaker.
Does anyone have info on this ? I have an amplified speaker from a
different MVA, but it has different connectors, not the DB25.
If I knew what goes where, I could rewire myself. Thanks !

I am using one of these for a repeater transmitter, how can I make the
Transmitted PL tone come on and off with the COR/COS, rather than
full time with the transmitter, I have heard there is a way to do this
without adding a separate board.

I just got an MT1000 that acts real flaky, it reads and writes with no problem, but if you when you transmit, the radio appears to die. I can then still read and write which means its still on, but no receive or second transmisson. Also it acts totally unresponsive in the 150-158 band, but when I ch...
