Neutral/Park Detect Circuit on an '06 Crown Vic

I have Park Kills for our latest vehicles and was trying to figure out the install. Specifically, I'm trying to find the best spot to tap for the park/neutal signal. I've read the Modifier's Guide but it doesn't say which physical location is best. Any ideas?
