MOTOROLA V551 CELL PHONE PARTS

Does anyone have any info on where to order parts for a broken V551 Cell phone. My local shop will only order the parts if he does the actual repair and will not give me a part #.

I tried contacting the cell phone division but they only refer me back to the local service center.

I'm sure there has to be a back door to the main parts dept without dealing with all the BS RED TAPE.

Not that I'm aware of. I've had trouble with 2 out of 3 V551s in just 10 months. That's what I get for trying something made by moto in the last 10 years
