anyone know what kind of rss/cps and cable it takes to program this radio?

looks like a maxtrac style cable will work, but does it have cm300 specific software or does it use professional series cps?

It uses the Commercial Series software, part# RVN4191. There is an adaptor that allows you to use a Maxtrac programming cable, part# FKN8096A. Or you can do a search here as the wiring has been posted a couple of times.
