Defect fixes on MTR3000
l Station alarms get generated every 3rd key up after firmware upgrade in the MTR3000
l Fix minor alarm issue

What's new in the 1.7.00 Release?


Enhanced GPS – Radios now access the channel in a synchronized manner, eliminating collisions. If the channel is used only for
GPS data transmissions to a server then up to 360 unconfirmed location updates per minute per channel running at 90% capacity can
occur.
ARS Initialization Delay – To reduce Presence Notifier message collisions, the user can now configure the maximum number of an
initial random delay for ARS registration in a range of 0 min to 4 hours.
IP Repeater Programming – Allows a system operator to configure or upgrade a repeater from a physical location that is different
than where the repeater resides through IP connectivity.
Capacity Plus and Local Slot IPSC ADK/API- Allows voice and data call monitoring on the local slot. Application will be able to
receive voice traffic and receive data from the local slot. Application will also be able to send and receive bi-directional CSBK
messages.
Password and Lock – Allows a radio user to protect radios from unauthorized users.
MPT Option Board Enhancement – Implementing the MPT/MPS functionality into MOTOTRBO.
Digital DTMF Hot Keypad – DTMF tones enable the radio user to communicate with a device connected to a control station using
the numeric keypad.
Transmit Interrupt on Capacity Plus and IPSC – Transmit Interrupt works on single site mode, Capacity Plus and IPSC modes.
Repeater Authorization – Allows for repeater slot enable/disable and radio inhibit/uninhibit via IP console.
Display Alias - A radio user can press a programmable button or go through the menu and the alias will display on the screen.
Enhance Search Capability for Contact List - Radio user can search the Contact list by inputting a series of letters and the radio will
bring up the contact based on the key presses.
Programmable Number Keys - Allows the radio user to use the number keys to store a favorite contact as a one touch contact id.
All the user has to do to complete the call is press the PTT.
Minimum Volume Offset – Allows the radio to be set at a minimum volume setting.
GCAI Portable Audio Routing via Programmable Button - Provide audio routing via programmable button on portable radios
when using commercial off-the-shelf Bluetooth headset as an accessory.
Email Functionality in RDAC - Enables the customer to setup a SMTP server along with their email addresses so that the RDAC
application can send out an email notification anytime an alarm is broadcasted to the RDAC application.
Conventional to 3600 Trunking firmware conversion via CPS.
MTR3000 Analog Voting - Analog Voting allows for wide area coverage and the ability to vote channels based on signal. MOTOTRBO will
support the analog voting feature with MTR3000 hardware platform to be released December 17th 2010.
MTR3000 Analog Wireline - Analog Wireline allows for integrated Tone Remote Control and DC Remote control functionality with balanced
audio. MOTOTRBO now supports analog Wireline with the MTR3000 hardware.
MTR3000 VHF Band spin - MOTOTRBO will support VHF frequency range 136-174MHz with the MTR3000 hardware platform to be ship
released December 17th 2010. Pre Sales orders may be placed now via Motorola Online
