GM300 and a headset

Post by wbickle »

Has anyone matched up a GM300 with a Heil or David Clark headset? Easy, hard, or impossible? Suggestions?

TIA.

No, but should be possible. Everything you need is present at the mic jack and the accy plug.

I've installed a David Clark on one. Everything you need is at the rear accessory connector. Just make sure that you use WELL SHIELDED CABLE. Don't just shield the mic hi line, use cable with an outer foil wrap and a good sized drain wire.

Trust me on this one, it will save you many headaches!
