Corrdination and interconnect

i am starting to set up things for the repeater i plan on setting up on VHF. i was gonna use PCIA as i have in past does any one else recomend any one to use.

also if i have the IP port does that count as interconnect. also what class is a TRBO rpt FB4 or something else
