XTL5000 O5 to W3 Conversion - Help Needed

I recently acquired an XTL5000 380-470MHz 110 WATT Radio - M20QTS9PW1AN

At present the radio has the 05 Control Head but I wish to convert it to a W3 HHCH setup. Can someone please provide me with a complete list of parts and part numbers so I can get this underway? Also need the programming cable for the W3 unit.

The radios details are as follows:

You would rather go with a W3 head than an O3 head? The O3s have come down in price and you wouldn't have to change out any drawer parts either....just get the head and ext. cable and custom make up a ign and spkr cable that goes to the db25.

Forgot to mention, the radio is at present, a remote mounted 05.

Would like to get an 03 HHCH, but funds are tight atm unless a member is willing to provide one and ship to AU without charging a fortune!

Do you already have some of the W3? If not the O3 will probably end up being cheaper since you have to do nothing with the drawer unit. It will works as is. The W3 would need a new plastic front, headbridge and interconnect board not to mention the W3 head, cable, etc.

I've seen minty O3 heads on eBay for under $200 in the recent past. I'd suspect that will be a cheaper alternative, even with AU shipping... besides, the O3s are far sexier!
