NTN1178a charger and indicators

Hello!

I've got a NTN1178a 6-port rapid charger but I don't know the meanings of LED indicators. There are three leds: Green, Yellow and Red. As I know from my experiance, the green light lit where charging is completed, the red lit where radio is charging but what yellow light means?
I've got 6 radios, 5 of them charges properly (red light and after some time green light) but when I connect sixth, charger indicates yellow and red light together. What does it mean? Problem with battery or sth else?
