Pyramid SVR-200 prg. problem

Hello all, I am having a problem establishing contact between a Windos 7 machine and SVR-200.
I have built the Batlabs prg cable but I get a time out window on the computer.
I suspect a computer issue. Any help would be greatly appreciately. Thanks, Terence
