clone bpr40

Hello I was searching google and this forum came up a few times so I registered an account but didn't want to bump such an old thread.

Our company purchased about 30 bpr40's. They did not come programed. All channels but one come back with a loud tone. We have other working models of this model so I tried the cloning procedure I found online. They state you need part # PMDN4060. To me this looks like a regular stereo audio cable. I tried a generic cable but it does not seem to work. Do you think this cloning cable is proprietary and I would need this exact model?
