busy light on mc1000

busy light on mc1000

hi there, first time poster so i apologize if i suck at this,

just installed an MC1000 as a local control with an M1225, and after a little bit of use i end up with a constant busy light and no functions will work, im new to radio and am not sure what to do. please help
