I have two HT1250's with no tags.
At switch on, one radio gives a 2 bleep "dit dit" while the other gives a 3 bleep "dit dar doh"
Does this indicate that one radio is a HT1250LS with different firmware to the HT1250...or do later standard HT1250's use different boot up bleeps to earlier models.

Choices are Normal, Musical, and Disabled.
You might want to check to see if the tone type is set the same for both radios. If they are set the same, then it would be interesting to know more.
