I am looking for a part number, name or source for these little brackets that mount to the rack mounting holes and keep the wires stood off. I prefer the metal ones.

Try some of the manufacturers of rack mounting products & such; Chatsworth Products, Hammond Mfg., Bud Industries, Middle Atlantic, etc. There are lots of them.
