MCC7500 and ADP

Quick question.

Is ADP available by default on all MCC7500 or is it an additional option that needs to be purchased?

And if it needs to be purchased how does one go about it and how much might that run you from Moto per console. Does the console need to be physically sent to be upgraded or is it a software only thing?
