Freq. steps

Hey,

My local FD is using Ht1000's with a freq of 155.9325. My questions are the following:

1) What stepping is that?

2) Can the AS3 and above program that freq in?
I tried putting that into a Saber I vhf and it could not step into the .xx25 range.

3) Any other bigM radios besides the Jedi series can step like that?
