Astro Spectra fl 43/82 and 01/90 problem

I was reprogramming an Astro Spectra and I dumped in a bad codeplug. When I turn the radio on I get FL 43/82 followed by 01/90, the radio then blanks the display the busy/tx indicators light up and then the display cycles through fl 01/90 the display blanks and the process repeats.

When I try to read or program the radio I get "communication with radio failed no acked/naked error. Needless to say the rib and cables are fine.

I do have a good srecord for the radio.
