MCS2000 model type II vhf 110 watts wont receive any signal

Hello, I am still having receiving problems with a vhf type II mcs2000, the radio has no programming problems, transmits well, control head is also working fine, audio speaker is right connected I have audio at 0 squelch but it wont receive any signal in csq, tpl or dpl can the problem be with the fm detection circuit?, any ideas, thanks in advance.
